Shipping Methods and Costs
We ship orders via Swiss Post every working day at 4:00 PM. Orders are processed within 1 working day. Delivery time is 2–3 working days. We ship only within Switzerland. Shipping costs are 4 CHF, and for orders over 45 CHF, shipping is free. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation.

Order Changes and Address Updates
If you need to make changes to your order or update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible once the order has been shipped.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is significantly delayed or lost during shipment, please contact our customer support team. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure your order is delivered.
